Kristin cleared up in a * minute conversation what I have not been able to fix for over * months online with DAILY emails. Some rocket scientist turned me over to collection with a ZERO balance. What country are these people in that in one sentence say 'WE HAVE TURNED YOU OVER TO COLLECTION" and in the next sentence "YOU HAVE A ZERO BALANCE"
