~sierrain tahoe: Sent multiple un-ordered shipment and account charged after writing and saying to put my account on hold until I could return the first unordered shipment. * days later, account charged again. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD number. They will steal your hard earned money. I waited over an hour on hold and when the recording finally came on (*:**pm PST), "customer service is closed" is what i heard. I'm researching a class-action lawsuit.
