GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Dissatisfied Customer: Comcast customer reps and customer solutions reps are incompetent!!!! After speaking to several reps and being told different things, Comcast failed to right any wrongs that I was told or wasn't told on behalf of their incompetent employees.Too many fees and too many issues. They are only good to you when you first join but, once you're in they don't give a **** about you!!! Stay away from Comcast if you can help it. They are nothing but crooks!!!!!!!

~Dissatisfied Customer: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Dissatisfied Customer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dissatisfied Customer: For that I would say four out of five.
