~Roni: Comcast is the worst! **Not only are there frequent service outages,but a tech has had to come to my house nearly every month.**If outages and service repairs were not enough to make a sane person light themselves on fire, the billing department will definitely push you over the edge. Each month I'm forced to spend an additional hour or two on the phone with Comcast representatives correcting a bill that is NEVER correct. A few days later, I'm forced to call again because the amount due on the website is not updated. Another hour wasted.**After being charged for services I didn't need or want, (after being told it would reduce my bill, when in reality, it raised it by nearly $***month), I spent two hours on the phone with the disconnect team working through the issues. The woman was wonderful. She sent me an email confirmation showing that I'd have a credit balance of -$**.** on my account. **Today, I noticed the bill on the website had not been adjusted and spoke with billing. They to
