~CHRISTINE SIMMONS: DO YOU REALLY WANT ME TO TAPE IN THE PROBLEMS I'M HAVING WITH COMCAST (XFINITY) START WITH *CONSTRUCTION WORKER NOT COMING OUT WHEN SCHDULE TO NO CALL TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT COMING OUT. THEN THE BEST ONE WHEN THEY DO GET AROUND TO DOING THE JOB I'M TOLD THAT THEY HAVE TO COME BACK OUT THE RUN OTHER LINE BECAUSE THERE'S ONLY ONE THAT THEY CAN DO BUT THERE'S TWO IN THE APARTMENT AND THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ABOUT A MOUTH BUT I PAY MY MONEY ON TIME THEY MADE SURE OF THAT

~CHRISTINE SIMMONS: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~CHRISTINE SIMMONS: For that I would say one out of five.

~CHRISTINE SIMMONS: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
