~TracyB: For months I was getting **% of the service I was paying for. Some of which I knew about, due to major family issues couldn't call right away. When I didn't call, I had to get all new boxes and realized I had missed a close friends debut boxing match on espn and all the channels we were missing. Called back and they offered me, after me paying months of hundreds of dollars of service I wasn't getting, $**.**. Call took so long I had to call back. When I did call back, they offered me LESS $**.**!!!! *WORST company.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~TracyB: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TracyB: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TracyB: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~TracyB: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
