~Kphan: Sure. It was middle of the night, on November 10th.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Kphan: Got the internet*cable bundle, i already had the internet with comcast so i decide to get the int*cable bundle. Requested * cable boxes, tech came with only * box and told us the paper work only shows * cable box. He instrusted us to order the other boxes we need which we did. When box arrived, i couldn't get the picture set up so i call to schedule a tech. On the day of service, tech did not call or even arrived. Call customer service to verify, i was told the tech tried calling and noone was home. BS!!! reschedule again the nxt following day and the same thing happened! Call customer service and was told the tech says he completed the call and install the rest of the box. Another BS!!! i wasted * weekends waiting for the tech, wasted over * hrs on the phone with customer service. Was told i will get a call back from supervisor but never did. Comcast is going to go dwn the drain with this type of customer service.

~Kphan: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kphan: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kphan: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~Kphan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
