~TOTALLY FRUSTRATED WITH COMCAS: Had no problem yesterday setting up an appointment for my elderly mother, but today I can't cancel it for her because I am not authorized! No one asked me yesterday about authorization! No one even questioned me, yet today this rude kid wouldn't let me simply cancel a service call for her!
