~George: I just wanted a listing of TV channels quickly so I could watch baseball game. it took ** minutes to reach a real person, said he would send me a channel listing by email, so I could find channel number by typing the name of channel, but the email only had a link to a Comcast web site for me to enter my address to get a listing by land mail, which of course would not help me find the game on TV quickly. WORST phone interaction and lack of help that I have ever received from any company. I may switch to ATT.

~George: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~George: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~George: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~George: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
