~seispro: I live in WA state. Oak Harbor $ Everett. Neither local government hold ordinances granting the authority to impose franchise fees Cable Providers, as Comcast is regulated as a cable provider, Comcast has no authority to charge said fees to their costumers in these jurisdictions. Comcast has a diverse marine route from Vancouver BC, Pt Roberts, Whidbey Island (me) to Pier ** & possibly to a vault & up into the Westin Bldg in Seattle, should that be your POP. I also believe this segments of your west coast networks is held by an Indefeasible Right of Use. Also excluding Comcast from fees. Comcast fiber may have had segments assigned to themselves over the yrs. I would have been the POC in behalf of Comcast for regulatory & franchises nationally. I also leased a diverse route to Comcast in ****. I would like a refund back to **** * **yrs in Denver area prior.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~seispro: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~seispro: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~seispro: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~seispro: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
