~Angel Tears: I spoke to Chris **** and he agreed my bill was not right for past year he escalated bill to someone in Chicago office to investigate and to give me a call back Chris was helpful lets see what escalation does! Comcast Customer service and Tech people that come out to house have been useless. I have had ** service calls in past year and problems are still here.

~Angel Tears: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Angel Tears: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~Angel Tears: For that I would say five out of five.
