~kumack: Insanely bad customer service. I'm stuck with Comcast due to restriction in my condo complex. Had the service for * years. Each time I contact them it's nightmare of incompetent customer service reps* being transferred*referred to the wrong sections* and not getting an answer to my question until I meltdown and insist on talking to a supervisor. I have literally never had one single call that was a simple straight-forward event except when I wanted to initially subscribe for service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~kumack: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kumack: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kumack: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~kumack: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
