~Highly Pissed OFF: Was on the phone forever with someone who could barely speak english, they didn't understand what I was saying nor did I understand them. My bill keeps mysteriously going up from **.** to *** a month and i'm told that I'm still under promotion rate then why the **** is my bill going up more and more and then my internet works sometimes and one of the cable boxes doesn't work and when I call to complain or to get my service fixed it takes them forever to pick up the phone!!! I HATE COMCAST
