~ctkehrer: When switch to another address from old address Comcast charged me for a tech charge and hook up charge and truck roll charge. now they are saying I owe them $**** dollars and I really owe $*** dollars what is the deal with that.. I wish Mediacom was in my area because they have before customer service and also lower prices. Transfer service is free and easier to mess with, no tiling or bad service with Mediacom but with Comcast, ugh I'm tired of calling in about service sucking and getting charged for stuff that I shouldn't have gotten charged for.. I want my stuff taken care of right now or I'm not referring them to anyone I know.

~ctkehrer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ctkehrer: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ctkehrer: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~ctkehrer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
