~SIC OF IT: all you get is busy signal all day all night. the * doesn*t work because all contact numbers are always busy. They do not have a wait or hold. I have tried all hours for a week. When I email to customer help, answers are vague. When I try to get help online thru the "call you back feature" it says my number is outside US. which it is not. Not psyched about the constant busy signal.
