~mathias: they now have two laptop computers, one of wich i sent in for repair, and refund of both computers. They have ignored all me emails and usps mail in trying to get a refund. HELP HELP.*How does a company like that stay in business.*Why have other help agencies done nothing except pass the buck.*I gave up trying to get help from my senator from florida, Bill Nelson.

~mathias: For that I would say four out of five.
