~anon: Customer service shockingly appalling. Refused to speak to me about my fathers account quoting Data Protection Laws,despite the fact he was admitted to hospital with heart condition as a result of the stress caused by Newcall not sorting his phone line out! Wonderful empathy- not! BTW- i had spoken to at least * CS advisors about his account previously- they obviously didnt care about DPA.
