GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Dell.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-355718: Computer has been rebuilt twice in less than a year (* week and * week delays in getting the repairs)and the programs purchased and installed by Dell are no longer loaded. Dell techs shift you between one another and put you on hold to discuss the answer each tech should continue to provide so they are consistent. Bottom line, I have to contact the manufacturer of each program to obtain disks for reloading if I expect the system to be operating again. I have a **** HP that still functions well but is outdated and never had problems, * Lenovos and one Mac Boo Pro. Never buy another Dell after this. Still don't have the Office, Photoshop, etc. after numerous calls and hours on the phone.

GetHuman: And what about Dell.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-355718: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-355718: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dell.com to know who you are.
