~Dw1982: Been on hold for ** minutes and still no human! And absolutely horrible hold music. I think they do this on purpose. Actually trying to make reservations for Scotland and online reservations isn't allowing me. About to switch airlines because of No one being able to help.

~Dw1982: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
