~GLE: These people are in the twilight zone. This is a call center, not Delta agents. They aren't even at the airport. They don't do anything but assure you that Delta is working on your problem. And they won't connect you to a supervisor or even give you an alternate number to complain to someone about their service. Delta is worthless!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Delta. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Delta problem?
~GLE: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~GLE: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Delta's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GLE: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Delta customers?
~GLE: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Delta to know who you are.
