GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Delta customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-427654: You guys **** I am tired of your constantly delayed flights. I am tired of giving up * to* or more hours of my life on a regular basis because you cannot run flights on time. What is really infuriating is I have certain flights I am convinced you delay just because the early flight is not full I.e. Early evening flight Detroit to Birmingham. I have flown regularly on business for ** years. You guys are consistently the worst. I'm done with Delta. I will from now on take any other airline, they are all better, drive or walk to avoid Delta. These are not the rambling a of some crazy person. You guys do not realize your lack of customer service. Really ** to ** minutes just to talk to someone in customer service? How arrogant of you. I cannot begin to describe how Delta can turn normal sane calm people into raving lunatics. I don't want anything from you guys.... No miles or bonus points. I simply would like to see you address you dismal number of delayed flights, non-weather related.

GetHuman-427654: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-427654: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Delta's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-427654: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Delta customers?
GetHuman-427654: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Delta to know who you are.
