~anonymous: took * days to complete trip, luggage lost. I'm here for wedding, no clean clothes and no good answer as to when luggage will be delivered. Staff rude, "thank for calling me a liar to my face", staff at MKE airport gate D** on ********. Staff on lost luggage call in line "for future reference the zeros you said are O's" ********. I will never use delta again nor will I recommend to anyone and if asked I will tell the truth about this awful experience

GetHuman: And what about Delta's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
