GetHuman-208644: Bec ause Diners Club uses Indian call centres, staff cannot understand the Australian accent, so it becomes very difficult when you have to repeat yourself more than once. But when you have a complaint and you put it in writing and don't get a reply or when you are told it has been resolved to your satisfaction when it hasn't, well it shows there is alot of work to be done. Diners should make their staff in Sydney available for complaints, and leave the call centre in India for simple customer service.
