~not satisfied: Do not go to Concentra on **th street in Grand Rapids MI. Dr. Kink was the least qualified doctor I have ever been treated by. He basically told me if the med did not work for my bladder infection to not come back and go to the emergency room or my doctor. Well it did not work and now it is the weekend, I called to get another cycle and basically was told they are too busy and my chart could not be looked at for another * hours and maybe it could be pulled. Horrible care and treatment on phone by employee.
