~OldKrok: I tried to get in contact with their (apparently non-existent) technical department to get some information about a widely reported intermittent heating problem with a DX*** model dishwasher. All they're interested in is in sending out a Tech (for a fee of course) but all I want is some idea of what this well-known (to them) problem might be.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Electrolux. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Electrolux problem?
~OldKrok: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~OldKrok: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Electrolux's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~OldKrok: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Electrolux customers?
~OldKrok: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Electrolux to know who you are.
