GetHuman-437173: I had called Lilly about * weeks ago and requested a coupon for the free box of Humalog *****. I was assured the coupon would be here in no more than ** days. To date I have not received the coupon. I called and was transferred to another person. She said hold on a moment and click. ** minutes and still nothing. The ** minutes I stayed on hold with no response. I will try again later.
