GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Emirates customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-redrose: They are the worst airline ever. I got a refundable ticket and then I developed a medical condition that prevented me from flying any time soon. I called them to see if they can waive the cancellation fee of $*** and they said no. The only way they will waive the fee is in case of death. I think that this is the most I considered airline I have ever dealt with. All what they care about is making money and they don't care about the health of their passengers. I will never travel via emirate airline again. If I. An give them a zero star I would have
