~Paris: Got someone on lower level who couldn't understand my questions (different country). Got someone on level * (after long wait both times) who wouldn't answer my questions because I had managed to make the scanner work by dumb luck. It had stopped recognizing my computer. I wanted to understand how I gotten it to work so that I could repeat the process without having to call and wait for Epson. VERY UNHELPFUL. I would consider never purchasing another Epson. I have always bought Epson printers.

~Paris: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Paris: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Epson.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Paris: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Epson.com customers?
~Paris: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Epson.com to know who you are.
