Please email me *****@***.com My itinerary number is ************. I have been promised a refund by Iberia but have to contact Expedia first I CANNOT TALK TO YOU. I cannot EMAIL YOU. Please tell me : How do I resolve this. I have had to cancel my trip* because I was robbed at gunpoint in my home and our passports were stolen. You have no heart. Whilst typing, I have been holding on line for you to answer and you did. However, no one spoke. I have had to hang up again. You should not be allowed to trade if you will not deal with customer enquiries. PLEASE email me back by return.
