~cagirl30: Over two days (too busy to completely resolve issue ---getting a security freeze--- on the first day of calls), had talked to approximately * different customer service agents. Quality of service provided varied from horrible (did not listen, kept trying to push me off to use website) to "ok to poor" (answered questions, but in a rush, did not provide accurate info) to "excellent" for the final agent who not only listened carefully to my concerns, but obtained information to clarify areas where I had received contradictory information. Also, this was the best way to reach Experian. Keep in mind though, this is located in California, so time zone is Pacific Standard Time.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Experian. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Experian problem?
~cagirl30: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cagirl30: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Experian's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cagirl30: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Experian customers?
~cagirl30: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Experian to know who you are.
