~Erik: Emailed them. They responded that this was not the proper channel??? What are they broadcasting now!!! Anyhow they gave me a link that took me to the same place I had already told them I had tried everything it said there. I responded very politely that they gave me the same support page that I had already exhausted every option on and could they direct me to some who could help me access my account? Then I waited for a response. After *hrs. I Emailed them again not so politely this time. I said thank you for you GREAT customer service ********!!!! Sincerely. Erik. *P.S. **** you!!!**Lol I guess they could've helped me if they wanted to because they deleted my account. Oh well **** them. I guess I'll just have to open a new one.

~Erik: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Erik: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Erik: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
~Erik: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
