GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Facebook customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-268230: FaceBook lookout! Another social networking company is going to do to you what you did to MySpace. You are actually an anti-social networking site. You disabled * of my accounts without recource and lost my ongoing conversations and over **** friends. You never gave me the opportunity to keep valid friends and transfer them to a new account. Maybe anyone who doesn**t like an organization or person can report spam and get an acount disabled. Maybe aggressively contacting people who have expressed interest in a person or organization but don**t click to accept friend requests in a high enough ratio is your criteria to disable a legitimate FB page. Who knows, you won**t even tell us and just us non-transparent and seemingly random warnings that have no basis on which to help us change-correct actions and you give no legitimate appeal process. You may be on top now but so were a lot of others. Change your ways or fade like the rest.

GetHuman-268230: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-268230: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
GetHuman-268230: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
