GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Facebook customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Joyce Lynn Long: I can not access my Facebook account OR my e-mail. I need to speak to an actual person. For some reason the keys and symbols *-* are not working on my computer. I can't access Facebook because my password has exclamation points in it. I haven't been able to access my e-mail for a couple of months* something that has to do with MSN. Plus I can not write down my e-mail address for Facebook because I need to use the "at" symbol and I am unable to. I NEED TO TALK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Facebook. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Facebook problem?
~Joyce Lynn Long: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Joyce Lynn Long: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Joyce Lynn Long: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
~Joyce Lynn Long: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Joyce Lynn Long taken from his Facebook customer service problem that occurred on November 20th, 2017.
