~Rebecca Vrooman: I can not believe that you have a web site for FB users to get help with major issues with their accounts, your HELP button does not help at all don't know why you even have it. I am facing many issues with my account to get any help I may as well forget that thought. We players or just friends on FB get no help ever over any issues going on I have written you many letters trying to get resolutions to my issues but they are still there. You take our money freely and yet we have to put up with all your changes and relearn constantly how to reset out settings You thought by making the changes were best for FB not the users. Very disappointed in your Customer Service lol what customer service do you provide your customers.
