~Christopher Buckbee: I didn't wait. they straight up said that the only way to get a hold of customer service was through e-mail. And that is not acceptable. I want to talk to a live peraon immediately. (***)***-**** This is BS!!!

~Christopher Buckbee: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Christopher Buckbee: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Christopher Buckbee: For that I would say three out of five.
