~Deborah Hand: I have been hacked. I changed my picture and password but the hacker is still on facebook with my old picture, and still communicating with my friends. In my log, he comes up as Pantech P**** from San Diego. So, where are you facebook? I've done my part, now you do yours, or at least let me talk with someone about it!

~Deborah Hand: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Deborah Hand: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Deborah Hand: For that I would say four out of five.

~Deborah Hand: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
