~C_Ross: I've been locked out of my own account for days. I got a new number and phone (still had the old ones) so I deleted the app off of my old phone. I get log in codes sent to my number (old), since I deleted it Facebook says even my old phone isn't a known device and will not send me the log in code. So I'm just completely locked of my account. I've filled out two reports and sent them in, tried emailing two different emails and gotten no response from any. Even tried calling and it basically just hangs up on you telling you to go to the help center that DOESN'T HELP. Such a well known site should offer help of some sort. It someone's had this issue and fixed please let me know how. I only have a phone to use, no computer at this time.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Facebook. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Facebook problem?
~C_Ross: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~C_Ross: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~C_Ross: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
~C_Ross: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
