~Joyce Muench: the codes given by text are not allowing me to change password. They are prompt with the text and email but when entered the are invalid. No idea what to do. tried waiting waiting over an hour for the four attemps

~Joyce Muench: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
