GetHuman-279513: Because the creditor did not indicate my GE Money Bank acct. no., she tried looking my acct by my ssn. but found nothing. Then she asked if Ive ever had a credit card with GE Capital. I said no, Im calling about GE Money Bank. Turns out this number is not for GE Money Bank. It is only for GE Capital. She then gave me GE Money Banks *** number and transfer me to just get hung up on. And then calling the *** number she gave me to find out they are closed today. Very frustrating!
