GetHuman-236742: GHI apparently does not want their customer service representatives to have the information to do their jobs, but instead think they can avoid being responsible to their beneficiaries by withhold information from their representatives or deliberately loosing it. Case is point is their failure to log in letters in their correspondence unit that were delivered over a month ago. Perhaps they haven't reponded yet, which could be considered reasonable, but typical failure to acknowledge receipt to a beneficiary a month after mailing is not an acceptable behavior. In addition, according to GHI, noone is allowed to ask "why" and expect a coherant answer that even agrees with what's stated in their "Certificate of Insurance".
