~Talia G: This is the third separate day in * months that I have spent **hr total on the phone with GHI representatives trying to get an issue clarified. Obviously, because it involved refunding money, no one has any good answers. Two separate letters were 'never received', correspondences were not on record, one agent even claimed that I still owe THEM money, and one agent connected me to a phone *** line (I kid you not) instead of the customer service agent who handles refunds. I have never had such a frustrating experience with any sort of company. These people are the worst.

~Talia G: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Talia G: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Talia G: For that I would say five out of five.
