~Grandma: My grandson received a gamestop gift card for his birthday. He was with me in Fox Valley Mall, Aurora IL and there is a Gamestop there. He asked to shop so we went in. Waited ** minutes and no one said hello, asked to help us or even smiled at us. Finally we walk up to the register and Trystian hands the clerk his $**.** gift card and tells him what he is looking for. The clerk hands it back to my * year old grandson and says it ***** being you, this gift card won't cover that game now and he looks at me and says, you will have to fork up the rest. I smile and say, he is my grandson not my child and the clerk says, Yeah well I don't care I didn't ask you that question. I smiled asked for the card back and no my grandson will not buy anything from that store.
