GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-jayjones: I've installed Wordpress on the subdomain test.copiecatproductions.com and both the site and Wordpress admin dashboard load very slowly. I only have * plugins on and one of them is required to use the theme, Kidzplanet. I've also received the error "Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you're reconnected. We're backing up this post in your browser, just in case." when editing pages.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting GoDaddy. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a GoDaddy problem?
GetHuman-jayjones: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jayjones: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about GoDaddy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jayjones: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-jayjones: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for GoDaddy to know who you are.
