GetHuman-231097: I tried to complain about one of their vendors, Pearle Vision, who did not deliver glasses as quoted. They claim they only have one machine to cut lenses and it is broke, but they took our money.**I then called Groupon customer service at the *** number they provide, the *** corporate number I googled and the phone number listed on GetHuman. In every case the recording tells you to dial the extension if known or press * for customer service. On * occasions over the various numbers I pressed * and the message then says "extension **** is not valid." I cannot get in touch at all with Groupon even though their site says just call us if you are not satisfied and we will return your money. How in the H can I call them????**Very poor customer service since it is non-existant.
