~DB: HAD SCHEDULED MY NEW SERVICE TO BE CONNECTED. WAS TOLD I DID NOT HAVE TO BE THERE. CHECKED SEVERAL TIMES, AND IT WAS NOT ON. CALLED, THEY SAID IT WAS CONNECTED, I SAID NO. I WAS TOLD TO TRY BREAKERS AGAIN. I HAD ALREADY DONE THAT SEVERAL TIMES. CALLED MY ELECTRICIAN. PSO FAILED TO TAKE THE COVERS OFF THE PRONGS ON THE METER TO MAKE CONNECTION. CALLED, WAS TOLD A MANAGER WOULD CALL ME. NO CALL.
