GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HPShopping.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~x-hpuser: Customized $****.** ENVY..*Trackpad was impossible to use, touch response was only good on Apps..anything else needed to be tapped several times and fingerprint software would not work.....*Now the fun begins... Called Hp customer service about issues...*First expert had no clue about my questions and finally admitted he had only worked for HP for * week. Could not transfer me so had to hang up and make second call....Mr. Arrogrant who as well had no clue and he would avoid questions....No supervisor available. Third call .....same thing... Was still in ** day return window.....RETURNED....Will not buy from HP again... This review was sent to HP and not posted.... HP complaints are growing ...do research before buying.
