~Phyllis Savage: I called the number and was told by recording to call back during regular business hours, but they advertise **** response, what a sad company, I will be reporting this to the BBB, I don't have money to give rich people.I just bought this AC last year, used for a little over * months, plugged up this year and it won't get cold, don't hear compressor kicking in, I need a replacement NOW,I would never recommend this brand to anyone and Stores need to stop peddling this junk.
