GetHuman-335304: The owner of property is at fault not taking care of busniess but the rep was very nice I am upset that my card was charged I am ** days away from vacation and still have nowhere to stay thanks to the homeowner not contacting me about the rental which is a huge problem considering it's a graduation gift but it isn't home always fault in the future I wish they would choose there homeowners a little better this isn't good advertising guess I will go back to using travigo!!!!
