GetHuman-438106: I HAVE BEEN IN THIS CONSECO INSURANCE FOR * YEARS AND EVERY TIME I CALL THEM FOR A WITHDRAWAL AND THE CLERK HAS THE DATE ON THE POLICY WRONG OR MY DATE OF BIRTH WRONG. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY. IF I PAST AWAY MY FAMILY WON'T GET ANY THING, WITH THE WAY THEY KEEP PAPER WORK.
