GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ChristianBook.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~disappointed ex customer: I am a Sunday school teacher and between myself, the other * teachers and the church itself, we give your company a lot of business. One night this week, I had a cart to take advantage of a free shipping or **% sale. I could not find where to put my code. When I spoke to a person the following day she said it was now too late for the sale anyway. This she said in a cheerful (what the heck way) not gee I'm sorry or "let me talk to my manager and try to help you". When I told her we would take our business elsewhere, again she could not have been happier. The plus side is that religion is apparently doing better than I had feared. However "customer care" is doing much worse. *****@***.com
